"Clean and Press" Position it between legs, legs shoulder width apart and with left arm grab and lift like a squat, bring kettlebell to shoulder using delt and press above head with shoulder. Learned this from the 300 workout. 50 with each arm. Good freakin luck. 35 lbs used in 300 w/o

I've never seen them in stores. I ordered mine from DragonDoor.com (link below). I ordered the three-set for about $500 - but that was two years ago. The FedEx guy wanted to kill me.

Does doing presses like that hurt your shoulders? It looks like it would put a lot of stress on the rotator cuff, especially with heavier weights. Not criticizing at all, just wondering if it bothered you :)

@TheBarefootWarrior
Nope these presses do not bother my shoulders. I have done and, still do a lot of shoulder work (light and heavy) and I focus on technique and all parts of my shoulder, so I've never had any problems with my rotator cuffs.
Some people may be prone to injury here coz they tend to concentrate on the anterior aspect of shoulders, which puts strain on the posterior muscles. I also perform a lot of great exercises for my upper back, which also help stabilise my shoulders. :)

Any fitness/workout supply store should have them. It depends on the weight as to the cost.
